Launcher Log Location

When reporting an issue to our Support team or within our Discord's bug report channel about the game launcher, you may be asked to include a launcher log to assist us in the investigation. Here's how you can retrieve that info:

Standalone Launcher Log

1. Open the Reaper Actual Launcher
2. Navigate to the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner

3. Scroll down to the Open Logs Folder section and click on Open Logs

   

4. A folder on your computer will open, containing various launcher logs. Select the log that lists the time closest to your experienced issue. Share that file alongside your issue description with us!
